Tutoring Agreement
- You must book all appointments through Reservio, Kokua Ike’s online scheduling system.
- You must book all appointments at least 48 hours in advance.
- You may book a maximum of two appointments per day and 10 appointments per week, being mindful of others who also need tutoring.
- If you need to cancel an appointment, you must do so through Reservio at least 24 hours in advance.
- You must come prepared with questions.
- Tutors help you understand course concepts but do not do assignments or tests.
- You must uphold both your and your tutor’s academic integrity.
- You must complete the Tutor Feedback Form after all appointments to help Kokua Ike improve its services.
No-Show Policies
- No-Show #1: The Tutor Coordinator will notify you of the missed appointment, and a no-show will be recorded on your record.
- No-Show #2: In addition to the No-Show #1 policy, you will be temporarily suspended from the online scheduling system and must meet with the Tutor Coordinator.
- No-Show #3: In addition to the No-Show #1 policy, you will be suspended from the online scheduling system for the remainder of the semester and must meet with the Tutor Coordinator.
